Our normal delivery services operate until Thursday 19 December.

Friday 20 December, up to 2.00 pm.

Orders will be delivered Monday 23 December*, unless the supplement is paid for Saturday delivery.

Monday 23 December up to 12.00 noon

Orders will be delivered Tuesday 24 December*. We cannot guarantee this delivery and recommend that orders for receipt by Christmas Day be placed by 2.00pm Friday 20 December.

Christmas Day and Boxing Day

Orders can be placed, but will not be sent out until Friday 27 December for delivery on Monday 30 December, unless the supplement is paid for Saturday delivery. Perishable items will not be sent out until Monday 30 December for delivery on Tuesday 31 December.

Monday 30 December up to 2.00 pm

Orders will be delivered Tuesday 31 December.

Tuesday 31 December and New Year's Day

Orders can be placed, but will not be sent out until Thursday 2 January for delivery Wednesday 3 January*.

* Shipments to Northern Ireland, the highlands and islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly cannot be delivered within 24 hours nor delivered on Saturdays.

Scheduled delivery option
Plan now for a special occasion with our scheduled delivery service for gift boxes and hampers. Simply select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Orders including chilled items can only be delivered Tuesday to Saturday to ensure they arrive fridge fresh. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays will be dispatched within the next working day.

£5.95 – Monday to Friday - Next day tracked delivery for orders placed by 2.00pm

£10.95 – Monday to Friday before 12pm - Next day tracked delivery for orders placed by 2.00pm

£15.95 – Saturday - weekend tracked delivery for orders placed by 2.00pm
