Acetificio Andrea Milano
A family business of five generations based in Modena and Naples, Acetificio Andrea Milano was founded in 1889 and is one of the oldest vinegar producers in Italy. They continue to rely on traditional methods with the influence of innovation and increasingly organic production. The first beech chipboard barrels have been replaced by modern acetifying machines, but the artisan heritage has been carefully preserved.
