Ingredients: Molino Dallagiovanna type 1 whole wheat flour, dark and milk chocolate (55% minimum cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, milk fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla) butter, candied pear, egg yolk category "A", sugar, water, natural mother yeast, honey, salt, Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla pods.
