Frederic Blondeel

Frederic comes from three generations of coffee roasters but decided to transfer these skills to chocolate over 20 years ago. Being an artisanal chocolatier is not just about making chocolate, it’s also a mission. In a country of chocolate lovers, where Belgian people eat almost ten kilos of chocolate every year, Frederic’s wish is to change the way we eat chocolate. Sourcing organic cocoa from India, Costa Rica, Peru, Ecuador and Vietnam, he offers an alternate, less sugary artisanal chocolate, with surprising tastes like organic Matcha tea from Japan, hazelnuts and almonds from Sicily, non-refined organic cane sugar and vanilla from Tahiti.
