Located in the heart of Sicily, Arkè is a family business of three generations dedicated to the traditional cultivation of superior olive oils. During the olive harvest at the end of a hot Sicilian summer, the olives are manually collected, and the mill works day and night to ensure they are cold pressed within 12 hours to achieve the best extra virgin olive oils. Innovative oils have been added to the range enhanced by spices and citrus.
